I just came from the branch of Chase at 270 North Ave in New Rochelle NY. First, they changed the schedule to starting at 9 o'clock from 8 o'clock. Second, there are only 4 ATM machines that, most of the time are out of order or working only partially. Today, 02/06/24 none was working. There were more than 10 people coming in and going right out. Two employees that were inside, looked at us and just went to hide in an office.
