Normally this branch is very low rated. Which I'll agree. But I'm basing this review on today ONLY. I had an appt at 3 with a banker Kelvin I believe (sorry if I got your name wrong). But Sam called me and said she was available sooner if I'd like. And it happend to fit for me at the time. I came in and she took me right away. There's been times I've had to wait an exorbitant amount of time to see a banker at any of the branches. But if you schedule a time they will try to help you with the timing if they can. ATM out side don't work, employees at door don't care because they are 10 minutes past close. I won't go back to this worthless one.
