I am a business owner and receive a lot of 3rd party checks. Have been with Chase since it was Washington Mutual. Every time I walk in to this location, new people behind counter and have no idea what they are talking about. I was there yesterday and even manager came over and couldn’t deposit a simple check to my account.it’s crazy that I go to another location and it gets done right away. I have had bad experiences in the past with this branch but I had to go to open up an account and was assisted by a very kind young lady with such good customer service. You should hire 10 Amberly's!
Chase has always given me great customer service and are always very courteous and professional.
Wiese was awesome he is very direct and lets you know what is going to happen and if your okay with check cashing process as a non chase member.
