Chose Chase years ago when you could walk into any branch, nationwide, and get banking done but that's not how they operate now. Too many times to count, my debit card has been shut off due to suspected frauds charges, leaving me far from home without any money (I travel for my career). My wallet was lost recently while I was on vacation. After arriving back home I visited the Chase bank at 610 Thornton Rd. in Lithia Springs Georgia. The first teller I spoke to, (Danae Scott) was clearly unaware of Chase banking policy & technological capability as she stated to me that without ID, or a chase debit card, $100 was the absolute limit on my withdrawal. Terrible Customer Service. They Don't Even Deserve One Star I opened an account with Chase and presented a voucher for the standard $200 promo. After depositing my money and re routing my direct deposit, the $200.00 never hit because the Chase employee failed to enter the promo code. my experience at chase bank 4450 florin road branch in sacramento was horrible the tellers remind me of my raving lunatic mom Barbara baker who died in 2012 the branch manager wasn't much better with his 1917 business suit poor customer service and underworld drug lord affect. they stole all the money I had in my savings account and said it was never deposited. I would NEVER bank at CHASE. I am a executer of a estate. The deceased had many banks that I've had to deal with, CHASE was by far the worst. The policy of having to wait 30 days to close a account when you have proof of complete power is absolutely absurd. Chase was the only bank out of 7 that had that ridiculous policy. the most disgusting and untidy ATM's it's never clean! There was vomit on the ATM for more than an entire week! How can CHASE not care about it's customers? The least CHASE can do is clean the ATM's there's always garbage on the floor! Smells like a dirty subway bathroom!
