Branch Manager, Fayahvery helpful. Highly recommend this branch with a large parking lot for customers, security and a drive through ATM. This Chase Bank branch is the only full service bank branch on the West Side of Dayton as there are no other branches closeby on the West side other than a credit union.Branch is located at a conventient spot on the entrance to downtown Dayton from the West side. This Chase Bank branch is the only full service bank branch on the West Side of Dayton with no other banks for miles on the West Side. The branch provides good service under the helm of a polite and helpful bank manager Mr. Fayah along with other helpful employees. This fantastic full-service location is great one of the most professional and best banking team I have had the pleasure of working with. This is my favorite branch of chase bank. I come all the way from Drexel to this location it’s the only full-service bank around except for credit union they are in the Wright Dunbar neighborhood and they are constantly doing things to help their community revitalizing this part of Dayton thanks chase bank for your help in this community
Chase is helping the community through this branch as the area is part of the new opportunity zones program with the goal of spurring private investment in distressed communities and I really thank them for that. One main thing is they are great people! The level of customer service is through the roof and I never have to worry about my car being dented or stolen in their parking lot. I can't thank Chase Bank enough for all they are doing and all they have done.
Great bank in the historical district of Wright Dunbar neighborhood. This bank is a big part in revitalizing this community. Using investments to help this historical community. I love how they are involved and how they care about that. Customer service is amazing. Great location. Parking is easy to find and also getting to and from ATM. I like this branch. I love The history that this branch has this is where the Wright brothers used to bank and this is located in the Wright brothers Dunbar historical district it is also the only full-service bank in the area they support this community and they have been marked as an economic opportunity in revival that they’re supporting the revitalizing in this community!
