This branch has great customer service. It’s always clean and they are friendly and helpful. I love that this is in the Wright Dunbar historical district and I love how much this branch is involved with the community with helping this community come back. Involved in the opportunity zone program. Using investments to help this community revitalize. It is easy to get to ATM and plenty of parking options. Just overall a great branch to belong to.
This is my favorite branch of chase bank. I come all the way from Drexel to this location it's the only full-service bank around except for credit union they are in the Wright Dunbar neighborhood and they are constantly doing things to help their community revitalizing this part of Dayton thanks chase bank for your help in this community
I love this branch. I noticed this is the only full service bank on the west side of dayton and there are no other banks for miles except for local credit unions. Which is a plus. The staff is Great, polite and helpful. The bank manager Mr. Fayah is always so kind and helpful.
