If I could give zero stars, I would. Chase has left some customers in a BANKING DESERT!!!!!! There is now no branch or ATM near the south of 465. They closed S. Keystone Ave., Southport and Madison, and now this branch at East St. and National branch appears to be headed for demolition since it has a fence around it with heavy equipment on sight. You now have to drive to almost Greenwood near Co. Line Rd. to do even a simple ATM transaction. The Southport and Bluff location is too far as well. This is unacceptable. You claim... read more

First time I've seen a branch refuse payment . Arrived to pay my bill and the person and branch manager said they needed to ID me to take my payment. Had my credit card statement letter, app open, even a pictureof my ID and they did not accept. What do that think someoneis going to pay my bills for me?? First time out of dozens of branches that have done this. Will avoid this one in the future.
