Ryan, Justin, and Walter, the bank manager and staff were totally amazing and helpful with helping to apply for Credit card(s) approvals. It’s not the first time they have helped me out. These guys are golden, as well as the super friendly and helpful. I guarantee they can help you to the best of their combined abilities.
I’m in shock. July 9th, 4 PM — I came to the bank because after sending a Zelle transfer, my Chase account was suddenly closed. When I called support, they told me I must come in person and that no appointment was needed. So I showed up — and guess what? They did absolutely nothing to help. Or rather, they didn’t even want to help. They said there’s no banker available and advised me to go to another branch.
