Nice clean area. First time hear that it's not allowed to take pictures inside the bank. But other than that is fine
Went in to open a Chase Business checking account since you can only do this in person. Staff is friendly and patient, but was told to wait in the waiting area and sat there for nearly an hour. Blocked off 1.5 hours before my next meeting to simply open a business checking account only to not get anything accomplished in this time. The branch was quiet with no real customers but it looks like only one banker was working so they need to add capacity for when a second client walks in.
Just had to pop in to do a deposit today right before 5pm and Alberto, was a wonderful help. Very kind and outstanding service. It's a critical time for kindness in this world and Alberto is the type of person I prefer to do business with. Keep up the incredible work!
