Painfully slow and hard to watch.
Staff is amazingly friendly and great, but maximum of two tellers at any time is ridiculous. I always dread coming in and have to for work.
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent experience at your location. An error was made on my account by one of your employees, and when I brought it to the attention of the manager, the situation was not handled appropriately. The manager addressed the issue in front of other customers and stated that I did not have the money in my account. I found this extremely unprofessional and embarrassing.
