Strictly leaving a review because I’m baffled this location only has a 2 star rating at the time of my visit! I’ve been banking with Chase for 20 years this was the busiest location I’ve ever seen! With that said, the office was clean, the staff was all friendly, and I had a very pleasant experience! I know that in years past, Green Vally Ranch wasn’t considered a great part of town but it seems to be pretty nice these days. Next time I’m in Denver and need to go to the back I have no reason not to return to this location!
The drive thru is closed and parking lot is small, standing in line they ask why you don't use the atmosphere machines....ugh
All that hard work someone did hanging those plaques up perfectly in your office for the TV guy to come in and not straighten The only digital screen. It is crooked and it looks ridiculous. Should be an easy fix. I’ll change my rating from 1 to 4 stars. You guys have improved a lot.
