How can a bank have 0 functional kiosks? Useless
For over a year now the ATMs and drive through are not open. If would be so bad if the parking lot wasn’t horrible and small. Come on Chase! Been to many other locations in the 15 years I’ve been banking and nothing this bad.
Worst Customer Service. We had an appointment with a banker at 3pm. It’s at 3:38 right now and so far we haven’t been called in. We are a small business owners and we all had to be here to be able to make changes. Because of the long wait one of our members asked this lady on the photos if they can use the bathroom and her answer was “go to the dunking Donuts store and use their bathroom ours is only for employees.”
I come here all the time for business deposits and the people that work here are so kind and patient! I love seeing all of them! The tellers and the bank managers are great :)
