Waited 45 minutes because there are 2 tellers and the drive-thru teller window is employee parking. Bank at Bellco they’ll actually take care of you
Been banking with chase for a little over 10 years and this location is the only one in my neighborhood and I dread going to it every time! Something is always wrong out of the two drive up atm one is ALWAYS DOWN and you can NEVER use the walk up atm inside the main doors. Very inconvenient!

I've been with Chase for decades now, and this was the first time I have ever been in a branch and made to feel unwelcome. The security personnel was hovering over the customers in line, so close it was as if he was in line with us the entire time i was in the building. Eyeing everyone up close and personal. I will definitely never return to the branch at Tower road, Co. If I see this as a pattern at other branches, I'll be leaving Chase permanently.
This location is terrible. The drive thru is never open. The employees park their cars in the drive thru stalls. There’s always a line and one person working the counter and another person twiddling their thumbs in the background near the drive thru window. Don’t bother trying to work out a mortgage or auto loan here. You’ll be waiting in the lobby until your next birthday. Looking at other banks to bank with as we speak
