Friendly teller I do not bank with Chase but have my mortgage through them. I always send in my payment. One month I didn't get it mailed in time so I went to this branch to pay it. Even though it was a busy time of day they had enough tellers so I didn't have to wait long. The teller was very friendly.
Free Checking at Washington Mutual! Visit Washingtion Mutual for all your banking needs! I recently opened a checking account with them and they offered me new checks if I just signed up for one online billpay. I appreciate their efforts to keep costs down adn their fans are extremely polite and helpful. PROS: Free checking CONS: Poor town location

Kinda Okey . . . i have accounts both in Bank One and Bank of America I am basing my review on comparing these two alone Bank of America Seems to have a pleasing staff and more effective in opertaion as compared to Bank One For example If i goto Bank one for say opening an acount or applying for a add on card, i am being called randomly But in BOFA its a std process You get in line and register and you are called on a First Come First Served Basis Operation looks a bit primitive in Bank One
Excellent Customer Service This Chase branch is my branch of choice. The tellers are always very nice and helpful. They are quick to offer you extra services, but very nice and polite when you decline. This branch is located in Utica Square, and has a better atmosphere and appearance than the other locations. Parking can be an issue during busy portions of the day and the lobby is not very large. I would definitely recommend this branch to Chase customers.
Not A Great Bank They have too many fees and if you do not use your account for a while they cancel it. The bank is large but very few windows are ever open even when there are a lot of people in the line. Their employees are rude and they do not know how to communicate with the customers.
Bank Bank One has too many fees! They charge for everything they can think of and when I tried to talk to someone about it they are unhelpful and unwilling to address my needs. They were professional about it the whole time but were not helpful and did not see to care about my business. This is a nice new branch with plenty of parking but the banking is the same as the other Bank Ones.
Bad Customer Service and Investments I have a checking account at Regions Banks, Saving & Investments with Chase. I wanted to cash a check my Grandfather gave me; when I drove up (Thore) was assisting me. I Gave him my DL. He told me I needed an account to cash a check. I then told him I did. CLAY AND THORE PREJUDICE! This people are so stupid.!!Do not deal with Thore the manager or Clay,he has elvis side burns!!!!!!!! and if you a minority really dont deal with them.They cant count and why are they in a bank when they cant do math.I deposited money in my account cash!!!!!way before the cut off time and sat dont with this fool clay!
