Bad Customer Service and Investments I have a checking account at Regions Banks, Saving & Investments with Chase. I wanted to cash a check my Grandfather gave me; when I drove up (Thore) was assisting me. I Gave him my DL. He told me I needed an account to cash a check. I then told him I did. THE Worst Customer service - Unorganized! I have never had a bad experience dealing with any bank until I started banking with Bank One. First of all, they charge for things you get free at other banks. Second, $$ was disappearing from our account on a monthly basis. I would call on a regular basis asking 'what happened to $50 here and $40 here' they would just keep transferring me to another dept. C'mon, if you can't keep up with our money how can you handle Millions? Makes me wonder? After 6 months of this, we finally swit... read more
WORST EVER!!! Unsatisfactory off the scale!!! I have banked with Bank One since 1978 before it became Chase Bank. I tried to transfer funds on-line, and after 3 different phone calls to area locations and was told I could not transfer unless I had the name of a "banker" I worked with!!! This is absurd...I've banked here for 31 years and I have never been treated so rude and disrespectful. I will surely find another place to do my banking in the future.

This people are so stupid.!!Do not deal with Thore the manager or Clay,he has elvis side burns!!!!!!!! and if you a minority really dont deal with them.They cant count and why are they in a bank when they cant do math.I deposited money in my account cash!!!!!way before the cut off time and sat dont with this fool clay! Worst Service IN HISTORY!!! What ever you do DO NOT use Chase Mortgage! Not only did I receive poor customer service, but they mislead me. After an auto accident I lost my job. Thinking I was doing the right thing I called them to ask what I should do under the circumstances. They said I could get a special deferral of my payment until I get another job, but only for 3 months. They told me Don't pay your mtg. payment for 3 months then we'll set you up on a deferral & repayment plan. During the 3 months I didn't pay, they rep... read more
I don't understand the bad reviews! I've been with this business for over a year now and I have not had a problem with it. The only reason why I don't rate this as world class is that they do not follow up on their promotions. They had a promotion of giving out a free cd or DVD if you signed up for a checking/savings account. I signed up with the appropriate amount of money in each account, and I never received my items.
