Bad Customer Service and Investments I have a checking account at Regions Banks, Saving & Investments with Chase. I wanted to cash a check my Grandfather gave me; when I drove up (Thore) was assisting me. I Gave him my DL. He told me I needed an account to cash a check. I then told him I did. I don't understand the bad reviews! I've been with this business for over a year now and I have not had a problem with it. The only reason why I don't rate this as world class is that they do not follow up on their promotions. They had a promotion of giving out a free cd or DVD if you signed up for a checking/savings account. I signed up with the appropriate amount of money in each account, and I never received my items. THE Worst Customer service - Unorganized! I have never had a bad experience dealing with any bank until I started banking with Bank One. First of all, they charge for things you get free at other banks. Second, $$ was disappearing from our account on a monthly basis. I would call on a regular basis asking 'what happened to $50 here and $40 here' they would just keep transferring me to another dept. C'mon, if you can't keep up with our money how can you handle Millions? Makes me wonder? After 6 months of this, we finally swit... read more
