Scammer. Do not leave a deposit. They'll sell the car to the highest bidder and sell you a different car. Scam tactic is bait and switch advertising. They'll bait you to deposit for a car for a low price, then they'll increase the price, then give you an excuse if someone buys it. Supposedly, once you give a deposit, they should remove it from the listing, but they make you bid for the car instead like this is some kind of auction. RecommendedNeeded to register my car during this covid-19 pandemic and these guys were all very helpful. Got my plates transferred within 8 hours! I would definitely recommend these guys. Seem like good people.

So you all are in the business of taking a deposit from a customer on a closed deal, then instead selling the vehicle you’ve already sold at auction....and you won’t even return the $1500 deposit. Crooks. Way to live up to the reputation of “shady used car salesman”
Had a contract and a $1500 deposit on a van. The day before I was coming to get it, they let me know they no longer have it and make up a story that it’s because of a title issue. I’ve been in the car business and know exactly how titles work. There’s no title issue too big to resolve when you already have a vehicle contracted and a deposit on it. They lied. Don't be shady crooks.Refund deposits when you sell a vehicle out from under someone, or better yet, honor the deals you make.
How could they improve? Well, a good start would be by honoring the deposits their customers make. Don't hand these people money and expect to get anything in return. You'll find yourself stuck with no car and having to dispute charges with your bank in order to get your deposit back. If I were shopping for a car, I would go literally anywhere else. Yes, including Popeye's Chicken. Post up a sign and talk to people as they hit the drive thru, and I'm confident you will achieve better and more honest results than dealing with... read more
