Gabriela was amazing! My transition to Texas has been a little rocky coming from Alabama! She understood everything with no judgement! So happy I decided to lease with this complex. Responses are quick and met!

Rent went up 140$ yet nothing about the complex has changed or upgraded at all. Rent increase is outrageous. Every place is taking part in the gentrification movement... Increasing rent with extreme amounts and no upgrades or incentives or nothing new. So sad pretty soon people won't be able to live anywhere.🥺
Nice and quiet and clean
The parking policy is very harsh. Parked my new car overnight and the towed within a few hours and I was required to pay a ~$400 fee to get back. While technically I was in the wrong for not registering my car before parking in a non-visitor parking spot, I would not want anyone to put up with such a harsh towing policy. Renter beware.
