Chas put in a completely new A/C unit for us in 2019. In 2021 A/C was not working. I called and asked them to come look at it. They told me I was setting the temperature too low- at 70 F. They told me the unit was not meant to cool the house to less that 72. I was persistent that there was something wrong. After 3 calls they came out. The coolant was empty and needed to be refilled.
