My experiences at this plumbing supply store has been great. James usually helps me to get what I need and he provides good customer service.
After going to four plumbing supply houses in Albany, in my unsuccessful search for the part needed to repair my Kohler lavatory faucet, I drove to Chas.G. Burch Supply in Schenectady. SUCCESS!!! James was immediately able to provide the part needed (x2)! I’ll give them a 10 out of five stars !!!
Stefano was very helpful in helping me salvage the stem from my shut-off valve. He drilled out the broken washer screw and attached a new washer and screw. He saved me a lot of trouble trying to replace the original shut-off. He displayed great customer service .
These guys are the best. Helped me out with a problem that I honestly didn’t think could be fixed. I highly recommend them.
