My husband is a patient of Dr. Charu. There are not really issues with her, she is pretty nice and willing to answer questions. Her staff on the other hand is ridiculously incompetent. The only person I ever felt was actually helpful is Natalie. Other than her, the staff is constantly dropping the ball. It is frustrating when you are dealing with time sensitive issues to have the staff constantly not follow-through on what they said they would do.
