I called a couple weeks ago looking for lilacs knowing they were out of season. The owner told me they were out of bloom and that I wouldn’t be able to get them anywhere which tracked based on what I heard from other florists. She recommended I get purple stock flowers since they look similar and have a beautiful smell. Long story short I asked for the stock to be an accent in the bouquet and she killed it. I had indeed been meaning to visit Chartreuse for the longest time. When I came across the Facebook marketplace ad for the stationary mini-store inside, I stopped delaying. It's a beautiful, sweet shop with a selection of flowers, potted plants and scrapbooking supplies. There's also a plethora of gifts one cannot help but grab, including in house products like their Plant Elixir and florist made candles.
Chartreuse Flower Works created our bouquet and boutonniere for our wedding, and they turned out beautifully. Michelle was friendly and easy to work with, and perfectly matched our inspiration, bringing our vision to life with the exact colours we wanted. She even included a special floral piece for our dog, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything looked amazing and we couldn’t have been happier!

I cannot say enough about this charming flower boutique. I wanted to order something really really special for my dear, dear friend, as mother of The bride. I was calling from South Carolina to have flowers delivered in Canada. Michelle worked with me responding immediately to emails and phone calls and working through every detail with such patience and kindness.
