Amazing customer service
Highly recommend! I called in hopes of purchasing a virtual gift card for a dear friend getting married, as I live out of the city. They don’t offer them at the moment, but Michelle went above and beyond! She immediately was open to accommodate and mail one out to me (it arrived perfectly in time).
I called from Toronto and requested a last Minute arrangement to be delivered to a local restaurant in Kingston for a friend’s birthday. Not only did Chartreuse Florists make this happen within a very short timeframe but, the flowers were gorgeous!!! Impeccable customer service, spectacular artistry and all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them!
Michelle is so helpful and friendly. She does absolutely stunning arrangements for any occasion. Always fresh beautiful flowers. The most thoughtful arrangements I've seen. She also has C02 refills for your sodastream machine
