Trying to speak openly here about my issues here, saw every fear of mine realized that could come of it. If you want any sort of help, this is not the place for such. It is, honestly, insulting to be billed what this place calls "care". By all means though, if you want to pay to do IT this is the place for it; I did so with three(!) diifferent therapists, as heavens knows a 30m course is insanely expensive and untenable for such an organization.
I don't know who actually runs this place but it is horrible. I have extreme crippling depression and missed a few appointments over the last few months, I told my therapist just how bad it can get over the holidays due to losing my mom in a December. When I try to reschedule I get told my therapist will no longer be working there, and I would get a call back tomorrow with a new therapist appointment, this was over a week ago and I'm still waiting on that call.
