I live in Holy Point. Charter was contracted 3 ish years ago. I believe their company policy is to Ignore owners calls, emails for weeks on end. Until you give up in frustration. Various owners have waited months for parking stalls that are unoccupied! The same goes for storage. The keep nothing updated with regards to basic storage or parking wait lists. This management property is very bad, she manage our building for only less than 2 years, condo fee went up almost double , special assessment 4000 each unit, Reserve fund study was due for a update one in 2020 and up to now there was still none, I asked her if it has been done so that I can order one and she did not response, she did not mail me the financials that she has to on behalf of the corporaiton, the building was in disaster , it smells urine, homeless people every where, walls are damages, door smashed , locks bro... read more

I moved into this building May 2021, for the past 29 I have had 30% use of my master bathroom. I have over 50 emails asking, begging, demanding, to please fix this issue and to even get a reply is daunting. I have had multiple back ups including feces backing up in my shower. Charter has sent plumbing contractors here MULTIPLE times which has fixed the problem for a few weeks at best… Both OUR BOARD and Charter have refused to cc me on any reports or advise the last time a full service was done on our pipes.
