Property Manager “Nicole” is a GEM of a person very helpful and friendly Everything was handled very professionally and efficiently can’t ask for any better, she is on top of everything truly .
Do NOT Waste Your Time I settled a date to go see the apartment, called that day to confirm of my visit and not only did they not call me before hand to let me know the apartment had already been leased but the lady in the office not only is irresponsible but annoyingly entitled to think it's ok to be annoyed about someone who is a annoyed she didn't let me know it was no longer vacant. The property manager, Nicole Williams is very responsive and professional. Charter oaks is a great place to live!
This is not an apartment, it's our home. We have been there for 13 years and plan to stay for many more years. We love it here my second family, the maintenance and property manager.
Laurie in the office is very rude and unprofessional. She appears to be an older woman but that could be incorrect. However the rude and unprofessional impression that she left isn't. When it comes to housing that is a very important part of someone's life. It feels awfully humiliating to be treated like a bother or spoken to in a passive aggressive way with no warmth and with sarcastic remarks.
