A breath of fresh air. I spent years with B of A, and just thought the way they take advantage of people was just how banks worked, until I opened accounts at Charter Oak. Professional, friendly, and genuinely care about you and your financial well-being. I'd give them six stars if I could.
They always give unnecessary long check holds compared to other branches. Similar amounts and always long and obnoxious holds. Was told I had a two business day hold and looked at the receipt to see I had to wait almost two weeks for a portion to be released. I always regret depositing checks there afterwards.
Best bank ever. Period. All other banks ? Nah they ain't it. This is where it's at. Go see Allan and the crew. Absolute goats. Best in the biz. Quit wasting time anywhere else.

The facility is always clean. The employees are always pleasant a knowledgeable. I got retirement benefit services today. Todd was knowledgeable an caring.
