Charter Elevator was chosen to replace the 20 year old elevators of Brighton Tower in Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, SC. It is very tough dealing with the 877 number. They never answer, you are forced to leave a message. For accounting questions it is often a quick call. It is bad for a company to promote excellent services when they never answer the phone. Even in the online posts, they only give out the 877 number. Why not give a local number to deal with the people who actually deal with us.
Best elevator company around, timely, honest, knowledgeable and ethical.
