I used Charter Conveyancing 14 years ago when purchasing my first home. We engaged Charter Conveyancing 6 years ago for our first property purchase. We decided to use this company again this year on June 2021 as we had no issue with them previously. This time round we have had a very negative experience working with Brad. Poor communication and lack of responsiveness during the sale of our property caused us unnecessary stress. We engaged Brad for a transfer of title and it's been extremely frustrating as he never returns phone calls and in 2 months he has not delivered the service we engaged him for. From a bit of research it seems that this company is a 1 man and a van, nonelse a part from Brad. If you are after a professional and quick hassle free service, Run Away!

Unfortunately I used this firm. VERY VERY bad mistake. TOTALLY incompetent and refused to take responsibility for their stuff up. Cost me $$. Stay well clear! Appalling lack of service and knowledge. DO NOT CONSIDER THIS FIRM at all. Oh on top of that they "attempted" conveyancing on another property recently I'm aware of and got crucial, basic details wrong..... Advice , pay extra for professional service and avoid the money and time you will pay if you use this firm.
