Horrible service, manager didn’t care that we addressed our disappointment, and he basically told us that “This is expected and the company is very lenient with the weightors due to COVID 19” Basically he told us to DEAL WITH IT!!! And......NO APOLOGY WAS GIVEN!!!! We are NOT GOING BACK, and it is sad that a restaurant like that doesn’t care about their customers!!! Between the service and the manager’s reaction to the situation, our night was ruined!!!!

RecommendedWe love the Chart House. The staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. The food is always great. We love the soups (gazpacho, the clam chowder) salmon, NY Strip Steak, and the Lava Cake. Views of downtown Jax are terrific. Great place for Happy Hour at the bar or lounge.
