We loved the environment, the food and the service! Overall excellent dinner!
Years ago you had a fantastic program called the Aloha club. I searched out many at Chart House from Hawaii to California to Maryland now that I live here. Every now and then I was rewarded with a free mud pie. This gave me the incentive to return. However ever since you stopped the Aloha club I stopped being a patron. You guys really blew it.
Very disappointed! Went for my birthday Sunday, It took 45 minutes to get a drink. We ordered dinner, I had the steak and stuffed shrimp....It was cold, the potatoes had sat out so long that they were crusted on the top. The shrimp was hard to even cut with a knife, and the steak tasted like nothing but salt. I did not eat my dinner and the waiter did not even ask why. I don't give bad reviews but after spending 160 buck on food that we did not eat, felt like I had to.
My favorite restaurant for seafood, service and view in all of Annapolis!
