Great view. Food was nothing great. Inconsistant drinks. how hard is it to make a dirty Belvedere martini and the Campari and soda it's a strong possibility that this could happen? Both had to be remade good. Waitress was subpar. Normally when we have good service we will leave a 40 to 50% tip tonight it was barely 20%. it felt like we were an inconvenience. RecommendedSimmon’s Hill Villa opened in 1924. It was more Speak Easy than fine dining but the view is still one of Portland’s finest. The Chart House and the view combine to make it pure pleasure.
