I can't stress enough.... do not use Charpys' pools. Recommend going with any of their competitors. They will not back their work, they are slow to respond to calls and the employee working in the Liberty Street Store is habitually rude. We had them install a pool liner and restore the stairs into the pool. They initially screwed up the stairs and took 3 days to install the liner. Within a year after the install, we have wrinkles in the liner and low spots on the floor of the pool under the liner. We have been attemptin... read more
