I worked with Charnell when she represented the owners of my home when I purchased it. So I hired her to sell my home when I retired. She made everything flow so easily from taking excellent pictures, to the write ups and the open houses. When an offer was made I was on vacation, she called me and handled the counter offer masterfully. She arranged the inspections, worked with the other realtor.
