Dr. Charminae is the best chiro for pregnant mamas! I started seeing her around week 20 in my pregnancy to help with my lower back and round ligament pain, and after a few sessions with her my round ligament pain went away and I was able to better manage my lower back pain. She helped with balancing and aligning my pelvic area which gave me the confidence to attempt a VBAC. I came back to see her for a postnatal adjustment after I ended up having a c-section, and she even ended up helping me with breastfeeding tips since it ... read more

Working with Dr. Charminae for chiropractic care was the best decision I made during this pregnancy. I was experiencing lower back and pelvic pain and wanted to ensure that my body was in optimal alignment as I was attempting a VBAC. In comparison to my first pregnancy, my body felt amazing!
