Dr. Charminae was a godsend during my first pregnancy. I came with a lot of tension and pubis symphysis pain and she really was the only provider I saw who was the most helpful in managing and relieving my pain. By the end of my pregnancy, I was feeling really good and my body was in great shape. She has awesome advice and loves what she does. Highly recommend her!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Dr.Charminae for taking care of me this pregnancy! I don’t think I could have made it through without you. Dr. Charminae is the best chiro for pregnant mamas! I started seeing her around week 20 in my pregnancy to help with my lower back and round ligament pain, and after a few sessions with her my round ligament pain went away and I was able to better manage my lower back pain. She helped with balancing and aligning my pelvic area which gave me the confidence to attempt a VBAC.
