love the basic pedicure!!! they do more than other places for a basic one. was going to leave a $10 tip but I guess you can't use left over $ from a gift card :(
Everything this salon puts out is quality. I've been going here for years, and this is the best manicure/pedicure around!
Had a normal pedicure and gel manicure a few days ago and was really happy. Have gone there on and off for years. I left my gel nails on for too long awhile ago and my nails got super soft and were breaking and peeling. Since then I have been having trouble with people not filing them properly and the gel polish peeling off. At Charming Nails the lady I had really made sure my nails were filed properly which made me happy because it’s the first time they have lasted more than a couple days the last two times I had them done.
The salon is relaxing and calm. Soothing music, beautiful setting. The ladies are very well trained and the deluxe pedicure is just amazing. The only place to go! Thank you, Peter, for the best salon in Berks!

Walked in for a manicure and walked out very happy.
Arrived as part of a bridal party. We all had appointments but weren’t seen at the same time. My lady sat down. Never greeted me. Didn’t take my polish color. Not even a word and started hacking at my toenails. Which I did not want cut. The massage was awful. She used her nails and scratched me a lot. I asked her to stop but her English wasn’t good enough.
