I recently purchased online. After I completed the order I got a text message saying "Stll deciding? Please take 15% off to help make your decision." I contacted customer service and provided the discount code asking if they could help me get the deduction. Their response was No, please use the discount on your next order. I do not find this to be the best customer service. I do not plan ever ordering again from them. I have advised all family and friends of this and not to do business with the company.
