If I could choose 0stars, I would have. Below is the message I sent to the corporate office after our experience yesterday. I feel an overwhelming need to inform you of our experience in your Albany New York store yesterday. Our daughter needed a small pair of earrings for a party this weekend and since we had to pass Charming Charlie’s in Colonie Center on our way out of the mall we stopped in to the store. Placed an order online on February 22nd and I still haven’t received it! Finally shipped on February 28th by fedex but it’s arrival date keeps changing and as of now it won’t be here until Monday March 12th, almost 2 weeks from the ship date which is completely ridiculous, I will never shop with this company again and do not recommend anyone else does either!
BUYER BEWARE!!! No where is this stated on If you don't have your credit card they WILL NOT credit a return. What legitimate merchant does this!! Poor customer service from very young sales people!
Great variety and affordable prices. I like the way merchandise is arranged by color and the overall décor. The lovely crystal chandeliers give the store a fancy yet approachable touch. The sales associates are friendly and professional. I could stay there for hours �
Shop often. Many of the pieces are unique with limited stock. Great low prices. Shoes Purses scarves and many fabulous finds.
