I went to Charming Charlie's this afternoon. There was a huge sign stating "Buy 1 get 2 free all clearance items". I picked out my items and went to the register and was told they can't honor their sign. When I asked why - they said it was a "corporate" thing. Not understanding I asked for the corporate number. They gave me an incorrect number. So I looked online for the number and called corporate. I guess they couldn't explain the situation so they just kept me on hold. My first time shopping there was yesterday. The accessories selection they have there are BEAUTIFUL and VERY FASHIONABLE! This is going to be one of my new favorite stores! :) Also, the customer service there was wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend this store to others I know and will definitely be back to shop there, soon.
