Worst customer service ever!!!!!! – Wow...I can't believe how terrible this place is. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and rude in my whole life. I'm very easy going and nice but I will never return to Charmed salon. Valerie did lash extensions for me. I payed her in full and even referred other people to her. How did she repay me? always happy with my color, i LOVE kara – I have been going to charmed salon for two years now, i love my stylist kara baker, ! love that i can tell her what i want and we are always on the same page. I have been to both suzi and val for waxing and facials and have never had a problem. the staff is always nice and good at accommodating my needs. if you are looking for a smaller, more comfortable salon rather then the big overpriced fancy salon then charmed is for you! if you are looking for snotty rude people who overcharge ... read more

Response to Bad Lashes – Hello Kelly, I typicallly wouldn't take the time to rebuttal a review, however, I feel that I need to due to a misunderstanding on your part and the review is totally false and incorrect. To set the record straight, I was not pissy with your first time appointment, you arrived 20 min late and still had to fill out consent forms and I was booked all day which would push my clients that were booked after you behind, it wouldn't be fair to make clients who are on time recieve their services late. BAD SERVICE and BAD EYELASHES BEWARE of this SALON – DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS FOR THIS SALON........PROBABLY WRITTEN BY EMPLOYEES I first went to this salon two weeks ago for eyelashes for me and my daughter. The former owner was a little pissy because we were 10 minutes late. This did not set a great tone but I admit it was our fault that we were late. This place is EXPENSIVE. Very disappointing – I need a new hairdresser after the one I have for 6 years moved to LA. I am leary but full of hope when I read Charmed's reviews. I called and asked for someone good at short hair. I was asked basic questions like the style of my hair, how short, etc. Then I was referred to Lou. My hair looks good even after 5 weeks because in my opinion it's the technique a great hairdresser like mine does to my hair that really counts. Best Brazillian! – I have gotten brazillian waxes at a few other places and always came out of the salon disappointed. At charmed, they do an amazing waxing job and they are cheaper than all the other terrible ones ive gotten from other places.

Lack of Customer Service – You would think in this current economy, businesses would step up their customer service to gain more customers/clients. Well not in this case. I simply got the 'I don't want to deal with it' and a final good bye. Well Charmed Salon, thank you for saving me the time. I will spend my hard earned cash elsewhere
