This was my first time at Charmed. What a beautiful Facility. Leslie was very helpful and informative. And Lorraine was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and helped guide me In the right direction when it comes to my skin. And was very informative with procedures that could be done for a long time skin care and Preventative measures. Can’t wait to see the outcome of today’s visit. I was so impressed by what a beautiful facility this is! Everything is so classy and feminine. From the front desk to the waiting area to the consult room I felt totally relaxed and comfortable. Lorraine was absolutely incredible! She talked to me for about 30 min before even touching my face. She made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. The actual injections were surprisingly painless and i left super happy! I’ll def be back!
Loved my experience at Charmed! All were very welcoming and atmosphere alone is very comfortable. I was walked through the process step by step and was told what I need to expect. The outcome of my procedure was perfection! Big thanks to the ladies at Charmed!!
They are about improving your own imperfections, not just to spend your money on something that may not have the best results. The ladies are great here!!
I recently moved from Virginia and needed to find a new spa. The staff is very professional and thorough in making sure your needs are addressed. Shae loves her job and her attitude is infectious. I left feeling like I had been a customer for years and my face looks great!
