I called charm clean and asked a price for one bedroom apartment deep clean. Online it says 124$ and the lady said 184$. Then I paid and scheduled for the next day. The apartment was empty and we vacuumed it. It only needs deep clean shampoo and cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. The lady only cleaned the bathroom tab and left everything off. Paid for a deep clean and got nothing but. The ladies that came werent very nice and they cut corners on the job. I found places on my bathroom floor and my kitchen floor still not clean. They threw away my bath mat and they said that they were only going to clean the bathrooms upstairs and nothing else, where I paid $289 for a deep cleaning. They did not do a good job at all!! This past friday they came out. I paid for deep cleaning including inside of fridge and oven to be cleaned. Exterior kitchen cabinet was still dirty, fridge was not cleaned at all, dishwasher had crumbs and etc all inside. Bathroom cabinets and bath tub wasn’t cleaned. Seem like all they did was rush and just try to wipe down things. Horrible job and wasn’t worth it at all!
