I usually have no complaints from here but i did ask for a specific stylist and i guess she was to busy and had other clients to work on. I do understand they are busy but i was told they charge your fees off who you get if they are a master stylist or not. She was very pleasant that worked on me but my hair ended up way darker than i wanted again from there and covered up my pink I had left. I asked for root touch up but it was so expensive to get the pink last time for them not to ask if i wanted it covered up. I got charg... read more
RecommendedI have not been to a salon since moving to Douglasville, so I decided to try this place out. I called and they fit me in their schedule. I had a certain style I wanted and was nervous since I was chopping off over 12 inches. Leslie was my stylist and yall she nailed it. I was so happy and have got so many compliments as soon as I stepped out of the salon. Leah truly works miracles! We both thought it would take a few sessions to get to the picture I had for my inspiration but to our surprise it only took one! She’s truly the best. I’ll never go anywhere else for a cut or color!
Sam is AWESOME! She pays close attention as she is asking questions to make she you get what you want! She makes wonderful suggestions as well! She and the salon came HIGHLY recommended and now I know why!! I make sure I make my next appointment before I leave each time! Everyone there is always so nice, friendly and attentive!
