Amazing..what a pleasant experience. The staff are polite, professional and friendly. Thats something you don't often see these days. Also very important to me is a clean salon. That will certainly be my salon of choice in the future. Update!!!!!! Love the staff, but sadly not a fan of sns on my nails.
Very disappointed with my service initial booking as a new client. 9 days ago I had my first appointment, I booked for 3.15pm, I got there 10 minutes early, and the client before me only just started to get her nails done. I waited for 30-40 mins before I even got in the seat. I wanted shellac to ensure they last, so far 9 days in, all chipped, poor application, paint is bubbly and can peel it off. Bhumi is absolutely amazing. My nails are in the best shape they’ve ever been in. The shop is nice & spacious as well as relaxing.
