Good service, but the polish selection is confusing. One section of polish selection is $5 more and the other section is less..so confusing. I told owner then why don't you put a sign that way clients are aware of prices and he answered something I didn't understand, therefore I left like that. Overall great friendly service.
Highly highly recommend! This is such an amazing nail salon. Everyone is so nice and they have a big variety of colors. Go see Sunny he’s very talented!
The staff here is so professional, kind, and patient!! Not to mention they also have a really great attention to detail and make sure everything is perfect. I love my nails every time I come here and I’ve been coming for almost 2 years. The salon is clean and spacious too.
10000/10 Experience! Charm Nail completely exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. The woman who did my nails went above and beyond. she literally outdid the Pinterest photo I showed her. When I accidentally messed them up under the light, she was super understanding. She also noticed I was cold and closed the doors to make me more comfortable. This place is great. A little higher in price than maybe some places but it's def worth it. The care and service is great. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars bc the polish selection sometimes is tricky and they do a dry manicure versus I like when they soak my fingers (better personally for my cuticles). I don't go to them as often bc I live 35 mins away, but after trying some other closer and not as good places, Im just gonna have to make the drive. And they're very friendly and accommodating.
