I had a lovely experience with Charm Diamond Centres at the Cambridge Centre Mall. The wrist size of a watch I have needed to be resized. I have tried many other establishments to no avail. They would always say that, “they just don’t have the right tools to resize the watch,” or that, “the links on the watch are just too complicated.” So, when a staff member at this location (I believe it was Dino) readily offered a courteous service to get my watch resized for me (free of charge too!) We had a great time shopping at Charm diamonds in Cambridge Mall. Rada was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process of getting me and my fiancé's wedding. She was patient with us while we decide which ones to get and. We are both glad that she is the one who had worked with us.
