I had a great experience this week with Rada at Cambridge Center. I had an issue with a recent purchase, but, she made sure I was taken care of properly.
Recently made a purchase, overall experience 10/10 Rada and Michael help me tremendously with choosing the ring. Rada was very kind, positive attitude, professional and friendly. She kept in touch with me before and after. Thank you to the team a Charm in Cambridge mall.

Had the pleasure working with Rada and the Charm team to design a beautiful ring for my now Fiancée!!!! Rada was able to find the perfect shape and colour of stone i wanted, and was very responsive and easy to work with!
Probably the best experience I’ve had ever buying jewelry, Rada and the rest of the team, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!
