My boyfriend and I went in to look at engagement rings and found the store to not only be beautiful but the customer service was a 10/10. Dino was very pleasant to work with, our experience was not rushed, he took the time to explain the difference between the stones and bands. Highly recommend this store if you're looking for quality jewelry!
Dino helped me and he was very kind very patient. He helped me figure out what was wrong with one of my older watches and explained everything. Would 100% recommend doing service here
I can't say enough about Rada! She is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I went in to pick up a repair and Rada noticed that my other ring needed new claws, with was under warranty. I received my ring back in less than two weeks and it was better than ever. My husband has purchased all my jewelry here and I bought his wedding ring there, as well. Rada, as well as Dino, go above and beyond. We would never shop elsewhere.
I honestly don’t think we could write enough things about Rada that would explain how wonderful of a person she is! My husband and I came to Charm because I was having a horrible experience with Michael Hill. My husband had purchased my rings with them . And it’s been a nightmare of repairs with them.
