I also explained to Andrew, that receiving the proper documents alongside Precious gems bought from your store should be included with each purchase as they are already individualized items. My boyfriend bought me a white gold necklace was defective from the sale it had a piece of metal poking me the said and put on paper they would fix it terrible fix job still is warped and hanging by a thread said no charge then charged 114 dollars and he has bought two other rings there no more believe that we are done. So they just sodered the necklace for free still thin and flimsy tells me to be carefully don't pull on it well it's an extendable necklace so ots still defective but thanks for nothing.
