Worst customer service experience ever. 13 weeks to get a ring that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. Then tried to tell me it was 8-10 weeks. Completely missed all the holidays as this was a gift. When I asked them to call their contact to see what the status was they couldn’t be bothered. I had to contact customer service and even then if I didn’t push back I’d still be waiting.
