My fiancé took her chain in for repairs. I also took mine up while we were picking hers up. Both broken by our dogs. Anyway we went in and dawn and the manager were working. Dawn got our chain and then I have her mine and thought it would be a minor repair and dawn took it and made the repair. I tried to give them money for coffees in which they turned down. Really nice customer service!
Store 111...Kelly was very helpful, patient and very accommodating. She even went to their sister company downstairs and did a store transfer, as there was a watch there my husband liked more. Great service and would recommend her to help you with your purchase/s.
Very helpful and respectful staff! I didn't think I would find something I would like but they checked below the shelf for me and sorted through what they had based on what I described. Amazing help!
