It was nice to not feel pressured to purchase an item. The staff were wonderful and spoke to us conversationally rather than as if it were a routine or a sales pitch. Thank you for the fantastic service, I highly recommend!
This store has come such a long way with its staff and management. We have been customers through several changes in store managers, and the current team is professional and fantastic. We brought in my LeVian ring for some cleaning and warranty work and were treated with such excellent service and care that we left with some extra bling! Definitely recommend this Charm location.
