The young lady at this store was extremely Rude with Customer service.

Wasn't to sure if anyone was working today? Has my wife and I were looking for a gift for my god daughter. Out of the four Lady's on the floor not one came over to help us with the children ear rings. I guess good help is hard to find these day's? Do better Charm....
0/10. A few months ago, I needed them to resize two rings for me, one of which was under warranty and one that was not. The one that wasn’t under warranty was my engagement ring that I’ve owned for 6 years. They messed up the resizing, so my engagement ring had to be sent back to be resized again (they made it bigger when it was supposed to be sized down so then they had to size down). I was charged both times for the resizing, even though THEY messed up the first time and I shouldn’t have been charged for both resizings. Af... read more
It was nice to not feel pressured to purchase an item. The staff were wonderful and spoke to us conversationally rather than as if it were a routine or a sales pitch. Thank you for the fantastic service, I highly recommend!
