The manager, Jennifer, is so wonderful! She really knows her diamonds and helps educate her customers so that they can make an informed decision. The entire staff is so welcoming and pleasant, you can tell they all work well as a team, and they are very helpful! The store was very clean and well set up. I will definitely be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’m honestly disappointed by my experience at this store. The staff’s behavior is extremely unprofessional . I’ve witnessed them laughing, giggling, and making inappropriate jokes on the floor, which is not something you’d expect in a professional setting. What’s even more concerning is the way they treat certain communities with clear bias, which is both unacceptable and shameful. There’s a particular staff member — an Asian girl — who is extremely rude and clearly lacks basic customer service skills. She often makes sarcastic and unnecessary remarks about others, which creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Her attitude is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the store as a whole. It’s disappointing to see this kind of behavior in a customer-facing role.
