I called charm city on a whim and my conversation with Jacki was awesome. I then stopped by shop and in 5 minutes she drew up the first attempt at my orioles bird tattoo, after asking me what I would like to add she kept tweaking till I got exactly what I wanted. Absolutely awesome job Jacki... I will be sure to send any one looking for tattoos your way. The best part of this tattoo is it is mine , personal, unique and one of a kind
