Went to Jacki for my first tattoo. Loved what she did and all the complements I get I came back for my second tattoo. She did not disappoint. I also brought my son in to have a make over on his tattoo that was done by a hack. I have not seen him this happy in a long time.
Jacki took a lot of time and care with my design and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. She talked to me during the long process to make sure I wasn’t bored. She did an amazing job and the care she put into the process made all the difference. I would highly recommend Charm City Tattoo.
I got my first tattoo by Jacki around 6-7 years ago and have been getting a back piece finished by Jacki as well. I wanted something original and creative. After giving a theme for my back piece, I explained to her my emotions and meaning behind my odd. Jacki was able to visualize and interpret my thoughts to an original and beautiful design.
