Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this place. They truly went above and beyond for us. Close to midnight when we reached out. Not only did they respond fast but also followed up soon after to make sure I was okay. Incredibly professional.

I have never felt more care about losing a pet. They put our feelings first. I felt like they were family Zoey is wonderful to work with. She would check on us and make sure we were ok. They are very compassionate, sympathetic and understanding of the loss of a fur baby. I would highly recommend them.
This was my first time losing a fur baby and I’m glad I found and chose Charm City. It was an easy process from online drop off appointment to pick up. They were quick, drop off Friday and picked her up Wednesday. The guy I met with was very nice and it’s a shame I didn’t get his name. I highly recommend Charm City. Thank you Charm city team.
