Top notch experience all around. I appreciated the honest approach that Tyler displayed while meeting us for the first time. He answered all my questions and was completely open about his operation and how it could benefit us if we decided to go with Charm City. We did decide and it went pretty much exactly how Tyler said it would. That piece of mind about selling the old house while immediately buying the new house was paramount. I live next to a current Charm City Builders renovation and after a minor incident, I reached out to the Project Manager of the site, Josh. He was extremely professional in the way he handled the matter and displayed a sense of urgency that my boyfriend and I really appreciated. What we thought would consist of months of back and forth was resolved in a couple of hours. We have been very happy in the home we purchased from Charm City Builders in June of 2014. They built a high quality home with higher end finishes, fixtures and appliances. Their service after the sale was top notch; there was nothing that went unaddressed. We recently re-locoated to Texas so we put our house on the market and it sold in 5 days, above the asking price! Our home is beautiful and the quality is obvious, so rest assured a Charm City home is a good investment. Many thanks to Travis, Tyler and company.
