Tita was an absolute gem of a person and stylist. I feel like we were meant to meet. I had a vision of what I wanted and put my trust in her to help guide me in the right direction. She came through and the results were incredible. I was however a little taken aback of the final cost of the service towards the end. Had to go to another salon when I left here to have my hair fixed. Candy hacked and shredded it. She accused me of trying to get a free haircut when their cut was cheaper than the last 2 salons I've been to. Still I was robbed. And I had to have a 2nd haircut, the same day, by someone who confirmed that it was a shredded mess and very uneven for a cut that was being blown out already. My teen daughter left the salon glowing! She wanted her hair a little lighter but still natural-looking, and Mila nailed it perfectly. My daughter felt completely amazing and couldn’t stop smiling. All her friends noticed the change with a big loving “WOW”! Highly recommend!

I am very happy with Mila’s professionalism. The salon is very comfortable, and the service is of the highest quality. On Friday, I’m coming back for a manicure and pedicure, and I’m confident everything will be just as excellent. I will definitely return and highly recommend this salon. Go to Charm Beauty Lounge if you want to leave with BLEEDING cuticles, broken nails, and in lots of PAIN!!! I had a 9:30 a.m. Russian manicure with Vlada, and it was obvious from the very beginning that she had no idea what she was doing. I said “ow” at least 30 times throughout the appointment, but she continued anyway. The pain became so unbearable that I finally stopped the service after looking down and seeing my pointer finger bleeding profusely.
